As per the entirety of the year so far, Vancouver has been the Kryptonite of my Super parlays. It really is astonishing how a team can look so good and so bad at the same time. Oh well… as is life, you get back up to the table and put more FUCKING money down.
Stars (-110) @ Blue Jackets (-110)
Plain and simple, the glass slipper is going to fall off this Dallas team, and we could see the pumpkin take shape tonight. Oettinger is slated to start after his winning performance again Detroit las time out. That performance?... 20 saves on 23 shots for a 0.870 % and bolstered by 7 goals from his team. As much as I hate to ride Kurt’s coattails, its Columbus for me with a lot of focus on Laine and his line mates.
Canucks (+150) @ Canadiens (-170)
Absolute SUCKER for punishment. Give dog Vancouver money and more Pettersson and or Horvat/Miller/Boesser… Fuck it, throw Hughes in there too… You know what lets get retarded and slot in Demko facing the most shots per game by a team in the league right now with Montreal(34.6). We all know Jake Allen’s tendencies to let pucks through in bunches so lets try to capitalize.
Hurricanes (-160) @ Blackhawks (+140)
Not touching Chicago all year. Aho, Svechnikov, Teravainen all day baby. Carolina sits just behind Montreal for most shot attempts per game in the league(33.2). Pucks on nets SON.
Coyotes (+140) @ Blues (-160)
Ew, something smells funky here, Stay away.
Flames (-120) @ Winnipeg (EVEN)
Flamers getting it done in the Shootout last night sites a FIRE(*wink*) under the top guys for Winnipeg. Namely, Mark Scheifele dude is going to have a nuclear game.
Wild (+140) @ Avalanche (-160)
Both teams looking a bit decimated coming into this contest. Biggest names being Mackinnon for The Avs and Dumba for the Wild… should Colorado still win? Probably, is Colorado Deeper? Absolutely… Am I going to put money on the Wild? You bet your ass I am. I think there is some spots that take more than one game to fill, and Nates on Colorado is a BIG gap. Players like Brodin and teammates Greenway/Eriksson Ek will be gracing my DFS slate today.
Ducks (EVEN) @ Kings (-120)
Kings Favorited? Against one of the best goalies in the league(At the time of this write-up Gibson is in line)? No thanks. Ducks can find a way as slight dogs. Rakell and Lindholm for me. Look for the UNDER also.
Senators (+195) @ Oilers (-235)
Too much juice coming in on Edmonton here. This is an absolute fade from a bet perspective. BUT Connor should smash here and take Nugent-Hopkins with him. On the other side, Brady is tied with McDavid for shots on goals. So that might be a spot to go to on DFS also.
